Need helping finding tranny model # 120-130

That would be a somewhat late model M40. The short shift lever on the extension means it either fit into an 1800 or a 72(?) on 140 series. And the cable clutch lever indicates it is either from an 1800E/ES or a 140 series. And since every single 1800 transmission I've ever seen had an OD (although I'm sure at least some were made without), this doesn't. So I'd guess it's from a 72 - 75 140 series car.

I guess it could possibly be an M400 - a non-OD version of the M410? As would have been fitted to a 4 spd 160 series? Dunno about that, my best guess would stil be M40.
