does my 240 Dl have an antiknock sensor? 200

You're right — I jumped to conclusions on seeing that Seyed's car was K-ket, thinking only of cars I'd more recently seen with the Knock Sensor (B230s). I also overlooked the fact that the KS is related to the Ignition system rather than the Fuel Injection.

Which raises a minor point about the Knock Sensor being, "...introduced on the '82 B21F-MPG with the LH 1.0 injection system.". I have only one diagram of the '82 LH 1.0 and early MPG, but it shows no Knock Sensor input to the MPG CU (no pin 6 either).

And I'm really curious about the LH 2.1, which you've mentioned before. I like to bookworm these rarities, but haven't been able to find any reference to a "B23FT with LH 2.1" in my limited library (a '75 - '82 Clymer, early '74-'90 Haynes, and the Bosch Injection Parts catalog for D, K, and LH Jetronic).

Since the Bosch catalog lists only B21FTs for the 240, I guess the B23 FT with LH 2.1 must have been a special limited production run or something like that? Maybe the '83 flathoods?
