Fixed my cruise control! 700 1988

Maybe this will help someone...When I bought my 1988 745 Turbo, the cruise was not working. I checked all the electrical and vacuum connections, everything looked ok. Well, looking at the lines wasn't enough, the vacuum line to the switch on the brake pedal _looked_ ok, but it pulled off with very little force. Turns out there was a 1/4 inch slit on one side. Cut off 1/2 inch of line, pushed it back on the switch (much tighter fit) - now I have working cruise control!
