Electrical HUM when lights on 700 1991

I wonder if the problem is the headlight relay?
I noticed the other day that there was a hum on the
radio when the radio volume control was turned all the way down.
I tried turning the headlight switch to the dead spot at the top
where the lights go off (they are on all the time normally)
and after doing this a couple of times the hum disappeared.
It sounded like a relay making and breaking and I wonder
if that may be the problem....Is the headlight relay
in behind the fuses on the 91's??
I'll check the FAQ's too...
