air compressor with air tool question 200 1989

Sorry for the non-volvo spefic quesiton...

I have a CH (campbell housefield) compressor which someone gave me years ago.
Unfortunately it is tankless. It is electric 110V, oilless, and has a top mounted dial that ranges up to 100 PSI. It's got the usual hose fitting...

Can I use this to run an air wrench with socket for some basic auto mech work?
I am asking because even though it has 100 PSI I understand the air volume is very minimal. For example, would it work to losten say the top strut nuts at the front struts? How about undoing wheel lugnuts? Yes, I tighten with a torque wrench normally.

Let me know, if so I will go buy an air wrench and impact sockets.

Thanks,
Greg Mustang
