850 T5-R rims on my 71 145 140-160 1971

Hello all,
I have a buddy who has found me a set of my dream wheels. The early 850 T5-R rims. These are 17" and for the front drive cars. Can some one give me the stock offset for my rims and the offset for these new wheels. Who sells spacers so I could fit these wheels? How wide are they? Can I put anything wider that 205 on my car without rubbing issues?
