What is a good 240 replacement? 200

I love driving my 240, but it's getting to be too much work to keep going, and I need something I can "just drive" more of the time.

Looking at Honda Element, CRV, RAV 4 etc., but can't find anything with the same road feel, ground clearance, and capacity. Not to mention mileage.

Any other suggestions?

I like the 240 for:

-Hidden storage and cubbyholes, except for the cupholder issue

-Capacity with the rear seats down, once put a 14' bandsaw with stand in the back.

-Ground clearance, which is useful in rural areas.

-Maintenance, the easiest timing belt I've ever done.

-Steering doesn't feel over assisted, nor do brakes.
