Will Chevron 15w-40 cause too many deposits to build up? 700

Hello folks!

One of my 3 volvos has 414,000 miles on it and man does it run. I have used synthetic oil (Amsoil/Mobil 1) in the past but i have been using Chevron more recently within the last 18 months or so (10w-30 surpreme). I have used Chevron Delo, but i keep hearing horror stories about deposit build up regarding sulfur and ash? Please will someone please clarify this info. The vehicle is a 1988 740 GLE Wagon non-turbo 8 valve with an AW-70 A.T. Avg 1200-1400 miles weekly. Avg speed hwy speed 80 mph, it has no problem going past 100 mph, but i usually don't see the need. Gas mileage AVG 25-28 MPG (98% HWY MILEAGE) Premium fuels and parts (NGK V-POWER PLUGS ETC, regardless! Fcpgroton.com etc. I have 4 volvos total. These machines are absolutely incredible! Please all reponses would be greatly appreciated!
