Would cleaning out the oil seperator with carb cleaner destroy the oil? 200 1982

I'm planning on cleaning out my oil seperator box on my 82 kjet 244.

I'm planning on using valvoline syntec carb/throttle cleaner. My question is woudl i need to change the oil if i did this? Carb cleaner has a really low evaporation rate and i'm assuming it would mostly just evaporate when the engine turns on and due to some blowby..it would just feed into the air intake and be burned up. Can i run the car another 1000 miles...then change the oil? I'll probably be using like 1/4 of the can.

Also would the crud that washes out of the oil seperator box be a lot?...is it too much...(i'm just askign size wise according to the size of the box) that it would clog up things?..

What do you guys suggest.

Btw...the only reason i'm not removing the oil seperator box is that on my car its simply too much work...it's buried way under the intake manifold and would require the whole manifold to come off.
