164 fog/driving lights 140-160

Hi all. The rookie has another question. I have a set of lights removed from a 71 164. They mouted in place of the little round grills. One lens is different from the other but the frames are identical. The passenger side lens looks like it was made to distort the light and the driver side is so flat it almost looks like a spot light. The "spot light" one has KINBY formed into it and the other lens has IODINE and something that looks like AMI?

What do I have and who made them?
