Brake Pedal Travel Increasing 200 1990


Sounds like my MC when it went bad.

One thing to be aware of. Sometime after replacing my MC, I needed to overhaul my rear brakes. Naturally, I bleed/flushed the system as instructed. Brakes were fine for awhile but shortly thereafter the junction box began to leak.

Moral of the story, I'd advise using a brake bleeder tool with a pressure control on it when bleeding - I used a friend. From what I've read and heard, regular bleeding can stress older or marginal seals in a MC or juction box and cause them to leak....
