three problems 900

The good news is that the 945SE shouldn't have nivomats on them, only the 940SE.

From my IPD catalog:

Q: How do I know if I have nivomats on the rear of my Volvo?
A: If you have a 760, 940 SE sedan, 780, or 960 you have nivomats.

A relatively cheap way to go is to buy Boge Turbo Gas shocks. From IPD they are ~ $50 each for the back, and $60 each for the front (for the 700,900 cars), also check out www.fcpgroton.com.

As for the leaning, that would be due to the springs, not the shocks. You can buy some decent springs for $76 from fcpgroton, or overload springs from ipd for $120 (on sale through May 31).

As for the other problems you are having, I have no idea and look forward to see how other people answer them (might have the same problem myself one day). You lose a quart of oil per hour driven?
