Car Stalling Again! GRRRR!!! 700 1991

My car is stalling again. I had a pulsing Idle at start up about half the time and when i accelerate the turbo goes up but the rpms and my speed slowly climb. Once the car hit 30mph it would just takes off and drive fine. The car would also stall intermittantly while driving, but would start up again after 1-5 tries. I replaced the spark plugs, and crank position sensor, and the car stopped stalling but the pulsing idle etc continued. Then the timing belt broke. I replaced the belt and the car ran like a champ. Better than when I bought it. 3 weeks later the pulsing idle came back slowly. I just cleaned out the throttle body and the idle and acceleration problems apper to have gone away but, 3 days ago the car stalled twice and then once today and yesterday. The tach drops pretty quick when it happens. I feel the engine stutter or something and then the tack drops a couple hundred RPM for a second and then stalls. It always happens while driving. It seems to happen more while I'm decelerating but not always. Could it be a bad fuel pressure regulator or is it something else. The car just has one problem after another since hiting 210K miles. Thanks
