three problems 900

i have been using valvoline synthetic since buying the car 130k ago, and have changed the oil/filter every 3k with religious fervor. it has been leaking scads for a year or so, so it actually gets another change in between. i do have a bad feeling the rear seal is bad, but cleaning the whole dealie to find out is a very daunting task. i wouldn't know where to begin.

oil light comes on at random intervals regardless of oil level, but i think when i replace the pressure sensor that will cease, as after it began was when i first noticed that the sensor was leaking. just found out it's backordered, so it may be a week or so. another day, another quart.

power? hahahaha. it has 1991 with 230k power. as long as it goes 80, i don't mind how long it takes to get there. i intentionally buy slow cars. what probs would a plugged turbo oil drain line cause? would that lead to crankcase pressure? if so, i'll replace it, as i've tried everything else i know of.

off-topic, re-threaded plug hole past weekend, ipd kit worked great. good as new. had old plug in there with crush washer snipped off and base filed down to reach bottom couple threads for 15k, because i was scared to mess with the head, and it has been cold outside forever. when it first popped out i used aluminum foil from a dumpster nearby where it happened to wrap the threads and turn it back in there. got me home to do the washer snip and file thing. i am such a hack, but she loves me in spite of it.
