Kind of had a brain fart there re/ PCV. Plugged turbo oil drain and/or obstructed exhaust could cause oil to be pushed past the turbo seals, but I don't think they'd pressurize the crank case.
AFAIK, if your PCV system is functioning, and you still have positive crankcase pressure, the culprit would be excessive blowby past one or more rings. A compression test (dry & wet) would tell you about the health of the rings.
The oil pressure sender is mounted in an oil galley, so a leak there doesn't indicate high crankcase pressure. The oil pressure light is definitely something to take seriously. I don't know if a leak at the sender could cause low pressure, or a low reading, but that seems like the obvious place to start.
If I were in your shoes, here's what I would do:
+ replace the oil pressure sender, and stop that leak
+ if oil pressure light is still coming on, deal with oil pressure issue. Otherwise, have a compression test done
+ if that checks out OK, bite the bullet and clean up the bottom of the engine to help trace the oil leak. It's possible that your crankcase pressure is good, but you just have a bunch of worn-out seals (230k miles, after all!) Things like the o-ring on the turbo oil return line, where it enters the block, can leak a lot... might not be rear main.
Your car, if healthy, should really haul a$$ when you get on it. That may or may not be a seperate issue...
Good luck, and let us know how it goes.
