16v head to a B23E block??? 200

Okay Y'all,

Here's my latest idea for the monstrosity that I am building this summer. I know that a B234 can be turbocharged, but what about dropping the 16 valve head on to the block and piston set of a B23E? As far as I understand, the B23E is a high-compression motor due to the design of the pistons. Is that right? If so, then would all the oil and coolant galleys all line up? Obviously I would grab the fuel injection as well. Then a mild turbo/intercooler set up at around 7-8 psi. 200 or so HP??? I would like a measure of reliability to it all...

Thoughts???
