960 Strut Mount 900 1996

Guys,

I'm working on the 960 ('96) and I'm trying to replace the Stut Tower Mount. I've got a set for a 740/760/940/early 960, but it doesn't have the same bearing as the one that was on the 960. It is also made of rubber where as the one off the 960 is made of what appears to be plastic. What was the factory reason behind this? Anyone ever tried to replace the mount(s) before? Anybody ever tried to use the 7series mount with the 960 bushing? Cause it looks like the same part to me. Well, who knows the score? Thanks in advance-
