New Nissens Radiator Leaking :-( 200 1993

Last December I did a preemptive radiator replacement on my Volvo 240. I used a Nissens 3-row radiator, put in new hoses, a new expansion tank & cap, and Volvo coolant. Now, less than 4 months later, the Nissens is leaking at the lower corner on the driver's side. This just started happening within the last couple weeks. I found a very small puddle on the garage floor and then discovered the expansion tank almost totally empty.

Am I looking at another radiator here? I'm pretty sure that I should be able to get it replaced, since it's only been four months since I ordered it from Swedish Engineering. Or is this something that can be fixed with "stop leak". BTW, I had the same thing happen to me with an IPD radiator 10 years ago. In this case it started leaking after 18 months and I fixed it with stop leak. There were no further problems, although the cooling efficiency never seemed quite as good.

Thanks,
Ted
