Is a damaged '89 worth a grand? 200

I found an '89 245 with 70k for $1000. It looks like the passenger side had a tree wiped down it's side. So badly that the doors won't open... The question is, is it worth it? It comes with a clean parts car, so in theory, a body shop could fix it up. I know it's hard to answer this question without more info, but on gut instinct, what would you fellow brickboarders suggest?

Thanks!
