If you don't already have a Bentley manual, you should definitely get one. It will greatly assist you with the repairs you list. I know the cover says '83-'93, but the only thing it really doesn't cover on our '70s 240s is the interior dash stuff. It does cover the B-21 engines.

I'm surprised you didn't replace the brake pads when you had the rotors off.

Does your rear wiper work?

By the way, speaking of the rear wiper, if you ever have a chance to grab the washer nozzle off of a later 240 wagon for the tail gate, do it. The black triangular nozzle works A LOT better then the old white round type.
