Bad gas, other inquiry too! 700

Ok, so there is this 740 i am going to work on that hasn't run for quite a few months, i know the gas is bad and plan to sea foam it good, anything else to overcome bad gas that has sat for about 7 months?

also, what are the fuse jumper numbers to check the fuel pump(s) for operation?
