Bad 02 Sensor

The vacuum line sucks on the diaphragm in the FP regulator to cause it to lower the FP. If the diaphragm fails the FP will be too high causing a rich condition and (I suppose) problems for the O2 sensor. You can test the FP regulator diaphragm with a hand vacuum pump. Check the actual fuel pressure when runing with gauge setup.
