Just got the latest edition of the ipd vintage catalogue. Noticed the door panel removal tool and thought I would pass this on...

With a little judicious filing, you can make a tool to remove the bezels on your dash switches - works really well. Plus the fact that the tool works really well for that which it was meant. (No ipd affiliation, etc)
