Well, I'm gonna go along with everyone else on that biodegradable wiring harness. Places to look at in particular with those symptoms are the idle air motor and the air mass meter...and while we are on that subject...you said you replaced the air filter last week. Did you perhaps leave the airbox just a bit ajar? This could allow water to get into your air mass meter which was designed to measure air mass, not water. Just a thought.
