Gabriel Struts (Yuck); I should have listened. 700

Hi All:

Just a word of warning. Quite a few times, on this board, I've read about the inferior quality of Gabriel Shocks/Struts. Now it's not that I am cheap. KYB's were about the same price but I had to order them. Gabriels were readily available and I said "How bad can they be".

Well, listen to this, they were put in last April all around, front & back. The right front has absolutely no control. Just as if a strut was not in there. There are no leaks, so something must have broke inside. And one of the rears seem to be loosing control also.

This really annoys me because I have to wrestle with those springs again. What good is that stupid Lifetime Guarantee if you have to do this over again. I should have known better when I saw "Made in Argentina" on them.

They are all coming out and something quality is going in. I should have listened!!!
