940 regina help needed 900 1994

Hi All.
Well the 94 940 NA w/regina still isn't running. I still have not found the Fuel Pump Rely, just a hole in the relay tray where it is on other volvos. I have changed the radio suppression relay with one from the auto recycler, and still nothing. The fuses are all good in the fuse panel too.There is no juice getting to the fuel pump, but I still pulled it to make sure it works, and it does, I am still putting a new one in since I have the old one out. I am not sure how to test the RSR. If anyone has any ideas, please pass them along, I am getting tired of driving a loaner car.
