Rear suspension questions 200

How do I get the rear springs off of their top seats? Mine seem to
to stuck on there rather firmly. I don't really need to remove
them to do the bushings, but I may want to replace the rubber
seats because the rubber is looking a bit cracked on the surface.

Also, can I do the final torquing of the bushings with the rear end
of the car up on ramps, or would the car being under an angle cause
the bushings to be strained when the car is sitting level (as it does
most of the time)?

TIA -b.
