245 Wagon No Start -- Update... 200

I changed the Fuel Pump Relay, changed the fuel pump fuse....checked the distributor cap and all the hoses...everything looks like it is on good and tight. Even put a little gas in becuase it was low...and still no start....

I turn over but will not catch. Could a bad starter do this? The starter has be recently unusually noisy. The wagon drove completely fine the day before...

Anybody got any suggestions?
