Walker universal O2 sensor Regina is different 700

Well I do have the Bosch O2 sensor in my car even though I have a regina. SOmeone put it in before me :( Thats probably why I am getting 16 for mpg. There is electrical tape on the wire too so someone had to splice the wire as well.... I think I am going to bite the bullet and by a new ngk one from www.ngk.com for $120.
