1800ES tire sizes (again) 1800

So I just got a set of Virgos for my 1800ES (stock 15" from a 240 turbo), and I'm trying to figure out the proper diameter of tire to use. Width is another matter, but the stock tire size for the 1800ES was 165 HR 15 -- which is missing a dimension, right? No sidewall.

Simply put, I'm hoping to get a set of Yokohama AVS ES100's, in 195/60 R15. Is this an equivalent diameter? Speedo and odo accuracy are important ... also, will this be wide enough for the Virgos?

I'm usually good at picking up this kind of info, but tire sizes are something I just can't properly wrap my mind around.
