Oil - Synthetic vs Regular & weight question 200 1988

I've been reading over the postings regarding oil and have learned a bit.
But let me ask a specific question
My 244 DL has 210,000 + miles, not a turbo,
Ive heard a bit here regarding 20W 50 oil

I have 2 cases of synthetic oil, 1 - 5W30 1 - 15W50
Would either of these be advisable?
