Rough idle when raining 700

Hi all,

It seems that when its wet out or raining hard the engine likes to run rough at idle but only when in drive. The RPM needle goes up and down and it feels like I'm missing a cylinder. I also have noticed it will also idle up on its own. Good thing I'm stepping on the brake at that point because the car will take off on it's own. If I put the car in park/netural the rough idle goes away and all it fine. Also, when in drive and if the car doesn't stall, and I accelarate the idle will even out without any issues. Drives nice and smooth with no problems. The problem only seems to occur when 1) It's wet or raining 2) Stopped at a light in drive. Other than that she runs smooth and quite. Before I start replacing things I would like some advise.
