HELP!!!! NO TURN SIGNALS 200 1986

I let my wife drive my car today and got it back I heard, "oh, your turn signals don't work". Sure enough. I tried the flashers and they work fine. I checked fuse #13 and it too is OK. Looking in my Haynes manual, it show a relay for the turn signals located behind where the cubby hole is behind the right kick panel. Does that sound like the best bet or could it be something more sinister (AKA expensive). I'll be hitting the brick graveyard tomorrow. Also, what years should I be looking for for that relay?

Thanks in advance.... (Oh, and I know better than to let my wife use my car)..
