Maybe you got a screw loose (in the throttle butterflies), a bad manifold
gasket, or a vacuum leak somewhere. When you push in the choke does the
arm at the carb return fully?
Carbs bolted up good and tight with good gaskets?
Also is your ignition timing and advance hookup correct?
