1992 245 Tranny Overdrive 200

Guy's,

Overdrive solenoid was leaking tranny fluid (OD was working fine at the time)
Took the 245 to the shop and they replaced the solenoid. (OD stop working)
Took the 245 back & they have done a full diagnosis and cannot find the problem
Replaced the solenoid with new one
Replaced the OD Relay
Put a re-built tranny on to test and no Over Drive.
Test gauges show that the OD switch works.

I am lost. Any suggestions? The shop is Swedish Engineering Marietta GA
They are also located in Michigan. They have been fair with me and seem like a reputable shop.

What are we missing ?????
