NOISES FROM THE REAR END 200 1990

I hope that some one out there can tell me the difference in noises from the differential. I have replaced the center bearing and rubber mount on the drive shaft, that helped, switched tires from my other 240 that helped, but I still have a low hum from the back. The other thing about this problem is that you have to drive it a few miles before the hum starts. The pinion seal doesn't leak the housing is full and clean. I put the axles on jack stands and turned the wheels and get a noise that sounds like a bump click on both sides. I tryed to shake the tires up and down with my hands an got very little play. The play from the wheel to drive shaft is very little. The next thing to do is to pull the axles and the cover. What do I start ot look for and whats next.
