cam shaft identification 120-130

Hi,

I’ve got a cam shaft of which I’m not sure what type/grind it is. The guy I got it of told me it’s a C-grind, but dunno how to check this.

If I compare this cam with my A-cam this cam has:
-more rounded of lobes (so valves are wider open for longer)
-lobe hight is the same
-opposite side of lobe is closer to center (so makes the lobes effective hight higher)

On the back of the cam (where my A-cam says: A) this one has S758 stamped into it.

Anyone know if it indeed is a C-grind??

Thanks, ben
