pulling a 91-93 windshield 200

I pulled one from a '93 and put it in the '83 242Ti. Very slick. Wait for the hottest day you can get and stick a putty knife under the trim and gently through to the inside. Then work the knife along the side of the windshield and along the top. With a little outward pressure you will see the glass start to move. Don't force it. If the sun helps it takes only 10 min. to free the top and fold it out. Grab the little bevelled bumpers that sit at the bottom of the glass to support it off the chassis. 4 or 5 of them.
