Help me to identify my camshaft! 120-130

Your camshaft MIGHT be an F cam.
Nearly all the B18s and all the carbureted B20s delivered in the US
had the C cam and the fuel injected engines had the D cam first and
later the K cam, both of which improved performance. Since the B20s
were notorious for wiping out cams and lifters, MANY have been changed
(or are on their way out!).
