broken manifold bolt from manifold to fron pipe 200

Anyone know how to remove a broken bolt from the manifold that holds the front pipe on?

It seems to have sheered off when I tried to remove it. There was a leak from that area because the original bolt had been replaced with just a nut and bolt. No washer so the exhaust was leaking from around the nut. When I tried to take it off
it broke and it was also cross threaded (SPEEDY did it).
So any way now the bolt is sheered right of level with the manifold.
