Installed Hella Air Horns 200 1989

Hi All,

So the stock horns were dead so I installed a set of Hella Air Horns.

+ Feedback: Insanely loud, very alerting sound. Look cool.
- Feedback: Lagging response time, "clowny" tone.

Not sure I like the tone. At first reaction, I recalled seeing a red-nosed clown squeezing a hand held horn. I am trying to let it grow on me, seeing as they are are already installed... we'll see.

The lagging response time is minimal, and as perviously suggested likely due to around 3 feet of hose that needs to be pressured up first. Good to keep that minimal.

Anyone like/dislike the air-horn sound? For the "king of the road" car,
it's not very indicative of a king... Would have liked a more muscular sound.
