Help me to identify my camshaft! 120-130

On my A-cam there are the following cast-in markings:
(A on the face of the cam) "made in usa A013 CWC EP41 D2 C2"

On my C-cam there are those:
(S758 on the face) "LYD 1 "made in uk k-235-c H 6 1 9"

So those cast-in marks probably don't tell you anything, you really need the letter or code on the (rear)face of the cam...

"What are this F cam's specifications?" see the Ian's site George already pointed out.

"And is it used as an original cam in any b18/20 engine?" at least not in Holland where I live (only A, C and D cams)
