No OverDrive and no air from vents 200

I was leaving on a trip this weekend and about 10 miles from home the OverDrive cut out and would not re-engage (checked the button on shift lever). I rarely use my A/C but it was on high at the time, not sure if they are related or not though. I turned off the car and restarted with the same problem, also I am getting no air from the vents. We were in a hurry, I haven't had time to look at anything on it at all (aside from fuses in kick panel - which seemed to be fine). We turned around, went home, and switched vehicles. The Check Engine light is on as well.

Could this simply be a relay... what should I check first when I get home?

Thanks!
