The trouble with this is that there IS a title... Its just in the name of a dead man. It's my understanding that these outfits can only help if there is no title at all. Thanks for the idea though. I mailed it to save time. The closest DMV office is on the other side of town. In traffic thats about 40 minutes each way, plus whatever time i'm there. Since DMV is only open while i am working, going there in person means taking an afternoon off work. I sent it certified for just this reason. so that it wouldn't get lost. Live and learn. next time i have to send somthing important, i'll be sure to buy insurance on it.
