Wierd Tranny problem(wiring?) 700

I had a 91 740 non turbo automatic (AW70).
in warm weather, it has a problem with the overdrive. the overdrive light(arrow) will keep on until after 10 minutes of drive(most of the time) or will simply keep on forever. the button on the shift cannot help with anything...

Lately, it has another wierd problem. one day when we stopped the car and put the shifter into parking, then it just locked there...
I noticed it is the fuse caused the problem so I replaced one and started the car and drive it to home, but when I park it there and try to shift it out, it simply locked itself again.

I turned the car off, and checked the fuse, it burned again.

I can't just bring a case of fuse with me everyday. can you help me diagnose with the problem?
are these two problems associated with each other?....

thanks
