Weird electrical problem with running lights 700

I have a 1989 Volvo 760 GLE... I had a fender bender that busted the lense of the drivers side tail light.... Now the license plate lights, the front marker light on the drivers side, the small corner lights on both rear lights and the drivers side left running light don't work... I have checked all the bulbs and the fuse for the right hand running lights, nothing seems to make it better... The center red lens now acts as a running light... The brake lights work and all turnsignals work.... I found the light controller in the trunk and tried reconnecting it, also tried reconnecting the tail light connector... I even checked the grounds...
Any suggestions??????
