BRAKES 200 1993

I'm finally ordering my parts tomorrow for the 93. New pads, rotors and rebuilt calipers. Rotors cause the brakes pulsate, calipers cause front bleeder screww are broken off flush. Pads, well just because.
Question is, should I spring for new wheel bearings, and will I need new inner seals. I think I will, but I would like to hear from the experts. Thanks in advance before I spend mucho $$$.
