A/C Retrofit - Drain Compressor? 900

Now that I've installed the Volvo retrofit kit on my 92 940GL, I have a few questions.

Do I need to drain the oil in the compressor? I filled the accumulator with the ester oil provided in the kit, but is this oil compatible with the old oil in the compressor?

Also, the instructions didn't say anything about replacing the orings at the compressor or the condensor. Wouldn't these connections eventually leak without the new R134 compatible orings?

And finally, now that I've opened the system up to do the retrofit, I need to get any moisture out with a vacuum pump, and find the source of the previous leak. (The system was empty when I started due to the leak). Does this process remove the oil as well?

Thanks!
