James,
I think the SE stands for Special Equipment.

The UK model model was a 740GL fitted with the extras you listed.

The US model was a turbo and had a generally higher spec than ours.

As to extras, I think you could specify any you wanted. Mine is as you say plus grey leather so that was obviously an addition.
