What's an 'SE?' 700

In Canada (probably in the states as well) a 1991 Volvo SE was a turbo fitted with the aero kit (including fog lights) automatic (which I understand was satndard in the U.S.) and leather seats. This model was priced about the same as a 1990 without automaitc and leather. You bascially got the aero kit and automatic free. The only problem about the proce was in 1991 (januanry 1st) we had the manufacteres salkes tax (which was built in to the price of everything) replaced with the goods and services tax that was added to the sales price. So really it wasn't a fair coparson but the SE did seem to give more value. I hope this helps.
